Typhoon Nina Update: Will Pass Over San Pablo

As of this writing, San Pablo City is under Typhoon Signal Number 3. Typhoon Nina will pass over San Pablo City this morning.

According to PAGASA, Typhoon Nina has maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 290 kph which makes it a very strong typhoon.
